Scope & Who We Are

These Terms & Policies apply to all services provided by Asociación Bronlara, a non-profit association registered in Spain.

Definitions

  • We/Us: Asociación Bronlara.
  • You: the person making a booking or attending.
  • Services: Spa treatments, Colon Hydrotherapy, Day Retreats, and Residential Programmes.

Bookings & Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed once paid (we’ll send simple card/transfer instructions).
  • Some multi-day Programmes may require a deposit and a balance date stated at booking.
  • Prices are in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes.

Changes & Cancellations

  • You may move or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment/start time.
  • Within 24 hours or no-show: the full fee applies (non-refundable).
  • For Day Retreats and multi-day Programmes, the same 24-hour rule applies to the first service day.
  • A one-time goodwill reschedule may be offered at our discretion.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, we’ll do what we can within the remaining time. The full fee still applies

Health & Suitability (Important)

  • Tell us before booking if you have medical conditions, recent surgery, pregnancy, implanted devices, or take medications.
  • We provide well-being services only. We do not diagnose, treat, or advise on medications or medical conditions.
  • We may decline or adapt a service if we believe it is not suitable on the day.

Contraindications – Colon Hydrotherapy

Colon Hydrotherapy is not suitable for everyone. Do not book if you have, for example: active IBD flare, recent bowel surgery, severe cardiac disease, uncontrolled hypertension, severe haemorrhoids, rectal bleeding, renal insufficiency, abdominal hernia, late-term pregnancy, or acute/undiagnosed abdominal pain.

If unsure, consult your doctor first. We do not provide medical clearance.

Service Notes by Category

Spa – Durations are approximate. Modesty and comfort are respected at all times. Products are gentle and vegan where possible.
Colon Hydrotherapy – Private suite; trained therapist; guided, gentle approach.
Day Retreats & Residential Programmes – Inclusions are stated on the relevant page or confirmation email. We don’t supply supplements; guests may bring their own with prior approval. We never advise on medications or dosages.

Packages, Credits & Vouchers

Unless stated otherwise: validity 12 months from purchase; non-refundable; transferable once to another person or date before expiry.

Prices & Changes

We may update prices, schedules, or Terms at any time. The price confirmed at booking will be honoured for that booking.

Behaviour & Conduct

We maintain a calm environment. We may refuse or stop a service if behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive; fees may still apply.

Facilities & Safety

Use the pool/sauna/gym/multi-sport court (when available) at your own risk and follow staff guidance. Children must be supervised at all times.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

Refunds

Where refunds apply, they are made to the original payment method. We may offer account credit if more helpful.

Age Policy

Under-18s require written guardian consent and must be accompanied on site. Some services are not offered to under-18s.

Accessibility

If you have access needs, please tell us in advance. We’ll do our best to assist and adapt where possible.

Privacy & Cookies

We handle personal data in line with GDPR. See our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. We use your data only to manage your booking and, if you opt in, to send updates. You can opt out at any time.

Complaints & Feedback

If something isn’t right, please tell us at the time or email info@bronlara.com. We aim to respond within 7 working days.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.

Booking Terms

  • Prepayment: payment confirms your booking.
  • Changes: move or cancel free up to 24 hours.
  • Late/no-show: 100% fee.
  • Late arrival: we work within remaining time; fee unchanged.
  • Health: tell us about conditions/medications. We don’t diagnose or advise on meds.
