Our Gentle Detox Retreats follow a straightforward, healthy eating programme with a softer detox element. During your stay you’ll have a mix of fresh juices, smoothies, seasonal fruit and a light cooked evening meal – for example, vegetable soups, simple mixed salads and lightly steamed vegetables.
It’s a calm, manageable way to clean up your diet, support your liver and digestion and reset your habits, while still feeling satisfied and able to join in with everyday life on retreat.

Herbal tea or lemon (warm) water, followed by a fresh juice for breakfast, with optional seasonal fruit.
A satisfying smoothie as your main meal.
Light snack of seasonal fruit, plus plenty of water and herbal teas, and free time to rest, read, enjoy the pool or join one of our activities (yoga, walks, etc.)
A nourishing yet light dinner such as vegetable soup, salad plates and/or steamed vegetables.
Wind-down time, optional gentle stretching or meditation, and an early night if you wish.

During your stay you’ll have a mix of fresh juices, smoothies, seasonal fruit and a light Our Raw Food Retreats offer a fully raw, plant-based programme built around fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and sprouts. The aim is to give your system a break from heavy, processed foods while still enjoying proper meals you can sit down to.
You’ll eat only uncooked, plant-based foods: juices, smoothies, salads, raw soups and simple raw meals. The focus is on clean, simple combinations that are easy to digest, not on elaborate gourmet raw cuisine. Fats can be kept out altogether or used sparingly (for example, a little avocado or seed-based dressing), so the programme can be run as fat free or low fat, depending on your goals and preferences.

A typical day on a raw food retreat might look like this:
Warm water with lemon or herbal tea, fresh vegetable and fruit juice, optional fresh fruit.
Smoothie or smoothie bowl (for example a green or fruit-based smoothie), optional small side salad.
Fresh fruit and herbal teas.
Raw soup or blended vegetable dish, large mixed salad or simple raw “main” (for example courgetti with sauce or marinated vegetables, herbal tea.
Times and portions are adjusted to your needs, appetite and whether you’ve chosen a fat-free or low-fat version.
