Juice fasting is a simple, effective way to give your body a break from digestion while still nourishing it with fresh, nutrient-rich juices. 

Our approach is flexible — most people are happy to follow our set schedule, but we can make small adjustments if needed. 

We also offer a warm vegetable broth or light soup in the evening for added comfort.

The MM 369 Advanced Liver Cleanse

The MM 369 Advanced Liver Cleanse is a structured nine-day programme designed to help flush out toxins, support the liver, and reduce inflammation. It follows a precise sequence of raw fruits, vegetables, and specific herbal teas — with no fats, salt, or processed ingredients. We stick as closely as possible to the original protocol, using top-quality produce, much of it grown on site in our own gardens.
