Payments
• 20% non-refundable deposit to hold dates (based on a minimum of 8 guests)
• Interim payment & final balance agreed in writing (e.g. final balance due 30 days before arrival)
• You collect payments from guests; we invoice you as organiser
• Your group can arrive and settle without complicated rules

Typically 8+ guests works best, but there’s no minimum.
If your group is smaller than 8, the discounted group rates still apply, but you won’t benefit from the free host place — meaning you’ll also pay for your own room.
It depends on how many rooms your group books. If you book 8 rooms, you can choose either exclusive use, or to allow us to book the remaining two rooms. If your group books fewer than 8 rooms, we may book the remaining rooms for other guests. If we do, we’ll let you know how many additional guests are joining and who they are in advance, and we’ll take any reasonable compatibility or privacy concerns into account before confirming.
We have 10 en-suite rooms: 5 in the main house and 5 separate rooms outside with their own patio.
